Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems with a professional tone, screen calls, and transfer inquiries to the correct departments.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes efficiently to ensure the office stays organized.
- Calendar Management: Maintain the master calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms for staff and executives.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and preparing documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Relations: Address visitor inquiries and provide directions or information about company services.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up conference rooms and providing catering support for internal meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we are looking for eager, trainable candidates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic typing skills.
