Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message taking
- Greet and assist all visitors with warm hospitality and accurate direction
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across 15+ departments
- Maintain reception area appearance and inventory of office supplies
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous tracking
- Support HR and administrative teams with document preparation
- Manage digital signage and conference room booking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
