Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service and multi-line phone system proficiency.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff and executives.
- Distribute mail and packages, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with inventory management and basic office supply ordering as needed.
- Support administrative staff with ad-hoc projects and special events coordination.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
