Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and vendors upon arrival.
- Handle mail distribution, package deliveries, and couriers.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
