Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Assist in data entry, record management, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Support special projects and company events as required by management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, directing inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
