- Phone and Email Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and transfer to the correct departments, and manage a high volume of emails with accuracy.
- Appointment Scheduling: Maintain and update the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings while sending reminders to clients and staff.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic data entry, file management, and photocopying duties to support the administrative needs of the office.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries with patience and efficiency, resolving issues or escalating them to management when necessary.
- Office Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels for office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated entry level candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
