What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors to our office with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for department managers.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and filing to ensure smooth office operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and in person with a high level of professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends if required.
