Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, answer incoming phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain client and company data into our digital database and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare correspondence, and handle basic scheduling and calendar management.

Qualifications
