Responsibilities

- Phone & Email Support: Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, manage emails, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office duties including filing, data entry, copying, and scanning documents.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Scheduling: Assist in maintaining the company calendar and scheduling appointments for team members.
- Supply Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal staff, fostering a positive office culture.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
