Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and warm demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, screen, and route them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform light administrative duties including filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic health records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with mail distribution and interoffice communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check.
