Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.
