Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage the front desk, including checking in visitors and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle inquiries from the public or clients and provide accurate information.
- Support other team members with various projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
