Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior management.
- Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare, organize, and file various business documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and general office administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including inventory management for office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a part-time capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
