Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit high-level correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming inquiries, maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk presence.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure secure and quick access to vital records.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and preparing monthly administrative summaries.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate office events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
