Responsibilities

- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and manage the reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the master calendar.
- Perform light clerical duties, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
