Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and account information into our digital database systems with a high degree of precision.
- Review and verify data for discrepancies, errors, or omissions, and correct them immediately.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and data security.
- Sort, scan, and prepare documents for recording, processing, and storage.
- Assist with general office administration, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Generate reports from the database and ensure data integrity is maintained across all departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation skills.
- Previous administrative or data entry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
