Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining database integrity.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare, organize, and file confidential documents, reports, and records both digitally and physically.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports, presentations, and internal memos.
- Monitor office inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional reception experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
