Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and routing communications
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting scheduling, and conference room logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries; manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and report generation
- Maintain security protocols including visitor badge issuance and access control
- Assist with onboarding coordination including new hire welcome kits and office orientations
- Collaborate with departments to coordinate special events and office functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
