Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone system
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic calendar management
- Perform light clerical tasks: data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with basic customer inquiries and direct to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Support administrative team with ad-hoc projects as needed
