Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across departments using Outlook and calendar management tools
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and ensure office supply inventory remains stocked
- Support administrative staff with document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks
- Assist with onboarding processes including badge creation and new hire welcome kits
- Implement office procedures to enhance visitor experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
