Responsibilities
- Manage professional front-desk operations including greeting visitors and managing phone systems
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office calendar management
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package logistics
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, document preparation)
- Maintain tidy reception area and office common spaces
- Support HR department with onboarding paperwork coordination
- Act as first point of contact for internal/external inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
