Responsibilities
- General Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth and productive environment.
- Reception & Greeting: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, answering phones, and managing the front desk with a professional demeanor.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications, including emails and memos.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage the executive calendar efficiently.
- Document Control: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for company records.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior office experience required. We value potential and attitude over past history.
