Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients professionally, managing the reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to general inquiries promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records with high attention to detail.
- Scheduling: Help coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics for team members.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and manage basic inventory for the breakroom and stationery.
- General Operations: Support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks, mail handling, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior office experience required. We are looking for eager learners willing to train.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
