Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phones professionally, and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical), and handle general correspondence.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels, place orders for necessary materials, and manage vendor relationships.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, manage team calendars, and assist in arranging travel logistics.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, team building activities, and internal communications.
- General Support: Support the executive team with ad-hoc tasks and ensure the office remains organized and tidy.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship or volunteer experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
