Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle mail distribution with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Administrative Support: Assist senior staff with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials and minutes.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Communication: Draft and proofread emails, memos, and internal documents to ensure clear and professional internal and external communication.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and client networking sessions.
- Basic Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, filing systems, and databases.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors and service providers (cleaning, IT support, maintenance) to ensure optimal office functionality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude, work ethic, and teachability over a specific resume.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
