Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage front desk functions including greeting clients, call routing, and mail processing
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for 15+ staff members
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems using Microsoft 365
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire setup and orientation
- Support budget tracking and expense report reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and office policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of administrative support or office coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, AV systems)
