Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and spreadsheets with a focus on speed and precision.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering for the office.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing meeting materials.
- Perform light data analysis to identify trends and report findings to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
