- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the executive team.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Support administrative staff with various clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; relevant experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
