Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including email and fax correspondence, ensuring timely distribution.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying with high accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars for management.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework or administrative training is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
