Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail processing, supply inventory, and facility coordination
- Schedule appointments and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Handle confidential data entry and document management with precision
- Support departmental projects through research, report compilation, and presentation preparation
- Assist with new employee onboarding and office equipment maintenance
