Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Support the executive team with general administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as expense reports and invoice processing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office setting.
