Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials.

Qualifications
