Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for all company documents and client records.
- Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry tasks and maintain complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the executive calendar, book meeting rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Order and restock office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and assist with general office upkeep.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks and data entry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
