Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management staff.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering for the office.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and professional in appearance.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
