Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for department heads.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Provide general support to the executive team and other staff members.
- Ensure the reception area and office space are organized and presentable.
Qualifications
