What You'll Do
Your daily responsibilities will include a variety of tasks designed to support our office operations. You will gain exposure to all aspects of office management.
Responsibilities
- General Office Support: Manage incoming calls, route inquiries, and greet visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Data Entry & Records Management: Accurately input data into our database systems, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and organize documents.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
- Communication: Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and memos; act as a liaison between departments and external clients.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure the office is well-equipped.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Perform various other administrative duties as assigned by management to support team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. However, previous school or volunteer administrative work is a strong advantage.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
