Responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare internal and external correspondence, including memos, letters, and reports.
- Maintain and update accurate databases and electronic records with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and team building activities.

Qualifications
