Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors, vendors, and clients with a professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing agendas.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy office setting.
