- Manage and direct incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments and meetings for executive staff members.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit internal documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Assist with inventory management and reordering of office supplies as needed.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred but not required).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
