Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, phone calls, and mail for the executive team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings, for both Portland and Illinois offices.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and inventory management tasks.
- Schedule and set up meetings, taking minutes as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
