Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-priority meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and prompt issue resolution
- Oversee office procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor relationship maintenance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, track deadlines, and maintain detailed project documentation
- Implement and optimize administrative systems for improved workflow efficiency
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in executive support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and office management software
