Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments and meetings for management and staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and update both physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily retrievable.
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating CRM databases and tracking project milestones.
- Handle incoming mail and courier services, ensuring timely distribution.
- Support the team with basic bookkeeping, expense reports, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in business administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
