Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and manage internal and external communications effectively.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential records and databases.
- Office Support: Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage the front desk operations when necessary.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure the team has the tools they need.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
- General Administration: Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the management team and improve office workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
