Responsibilities
- Manage daily correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and sending calendar invites.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Support the executive team with various ad-hoc projects and special requests.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant internship or previous administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
