Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage data into various databases and spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and records both digitally and physically.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for management.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling receipts and invoices.
- Support the sales and operations teams with administrative needs as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
