Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department leadership.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service and assistance.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and general office errands.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and special events coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
