Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel in a professional manner.
- Communication: Handle incoming emails and phone calls, answering inquiries and taking messages.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos and reports.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization of company events and team building activities.
- Inventory Control: Maintain office supplies inventory and order new stock as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support or a strong willingness to learn in an entry-level role.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
