Responsibilities

- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork
- Coordinate office events and meeting logistics
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
- Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc administrative projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
