Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with onboarding new employees and orientation materials
- Support event coordination and logistics for company functions
- Collaborate with department heads to prioritize tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
