Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leadership
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for records retrieval
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, and basic accounting documentation
- Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate office supplies inventory

Qualifications
